2. Project Cancellation Policy

- Full refund of advance payment minus 10% administrative fee
- Any third-party costs already incurred will be deducted
During Planning Phase (8-14 days after project start):
- 50% refund of advance payment
- Deduction for completed planning and design work
- All third-party costs to be borne by client
During Development Phase (After 14 days):
- No refund of advance payment
- Payment due for all completed work
- Client retains rights to completed deliverables

In rare circumstances, RAJSHREE INDUSTRIES may need to cancel a project:
- Full refund of all payments received
- Delivery of any completed work at no additional cost
- Assistance in transitioning to another service provider
